What we know about you, why, and how to make us delete it.

MPCT S.r.l., trading as JobFaro, Trieste, Italy. Registered office: [[DA CONFERMARE: indirizzo completo della sede legale di MPCT S.r.l., Trieste, Italia]]. We are the company that decides what happens to the data described here.
Questions, requests, complaints: hello@jobfaro.com.
1. What you give us. Your name, your business name, your business email, your phone number, the city you work in, your website address, and anything you send us to build your site: photos, service descriptions, prices, logos, text.
2. Public information about your business. Before you ever hear from us, we may build a free preview website for your company using information that is already public: your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, photos and reviews from public business listings such as Google Maps. This is business information, not personal information about you as an individual. If you want your preview taken down, email us and we remove it — no questions, no conditions.
3. Payment information — handled by Stripe, not by us. When you enter your card, it goes straight to Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. We only see the last four digits, the card brand, the expiry date, the billing country, and whether a charge worked.
4. How the sites get used. Our web servers keep normal access logs: IP address, browser, page requested, date and time. We use these logs to keep the service running, to stop abuse, and — for preview sites — to see whether the business we built the preview for has looked at it. We do not run advertising trackers on jobfaro.com and we do not set advertising or analytics cookies on it.
5. What you write to us. Emails and messages you send us, so we have the history of your requests.
6. Your customers' data. If you use the CRM, the contact details of your customers and leads end up in it. That data is yours. We only process it to run the service for you. We never contact your customers for our own purposes, and we never sell, rent or share their data.
To build and host your website; to run your CRM, missed-call text-back and review requests; to charge you and send receipts; to send you service and billing emails, including the reminder before your first charge; to answer your support requests; to keep the system secure; to comply with Italian accounting and tax law; and, before you become a customer, to show you a preview of what we can build and to contact you about it.
We share the minimum necessary with companies that help us run JobFaro, and they can only use it to work for us:
| Who | What for |
|---|---|
| Stripe | Card payments, subscriptions, receipts |
| Cloudflare | Hosting and delivery of the websites, DNS, protection against attacks |
| Resend | Sending our emails to you (EU region) |
| HighLevel | The CRM and messaging system behind your account |
We also disclose data if the law requires it, and if the business is ever sold or reorganised, in which case this policy follows the data.
We do not sell your personal information. We have never sold it and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We are an Italian company, so data is stored and processed in the European Union and in the United States, depending on which of the providers above is involved. Transfers to the United States are covered by the standard contractual protections those providers offer.
Whoever you are and wherever you are, you can ask us to:
How to ask: email hello@jobfaro.com with what you want. We answer within 30 days, usually much faster, and we don't charge for it. We may ask you to confirm who you are, so we don't hand your data to somebody else. If you think we've handled your data badly you can complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
